We have to understand cameras are just as important today as they have always been to us. Most photographers thought when the digital age began; we would be taking fewer pictures because there would not be the wasted photos we didn’t want.
Digital cameras today have not only done this but surprisingly increased our photography enormously!
It should have been expected with all the electronics technology, picture taking would increase, not decrease. Yet many of us made an incorrect assumption. Since we know we can take pictures and edit them instantly on our camera, we continue shooting more photos without that fear.
Terms like mega pixel, optical zoom, LCD size, movie mode all have been adopted easily and quickly in our rush to get a digital still camera. Today, fearlessly, we can easily pick higher mega pixels, a larger LCD size, more or less optical zoom and shoot a movie mode sometimes never before tried.

A spiritual awakening is a tremendous gift that leaves us exhilarated, inspired, and full of new awareness and perspective. While nothing in our lives may have changed, we have undergone a profound shift and are forever transformed.
So now what? It is only natural to want to manifest our transformation into our physical existence. We want to share our new consciousness with the world. Unfortunately, the world may not be ready for our revelations! We may feel a strange, sudden dissonance with our external circumstances. Almost overnight, we may feel out of place in our lives.
We live in a vibratory Universe. Everything vibrates at its own pace, from the smallest particle to the broader rhythms of our bodies, this planet, and the cosmos. Our soul has its own particular vibration rate. When we have a spiritual awakening, this vibration rate shifts dramatically.
The law of attraction states that like attracts like. All your life circumstances match the resonance of your soul vibration. But now you come in contact with a person, a book, or a set of teachings with a much higher resonance. Suddenly, your Soul’s resonance shifts to match it. You may not be aware of what or who originally set this process in motion. But suddenly you exist at a higher level of consciousness.
One of two things will happen to your external circumstances: They will either be inspired to meet your new elevated level of consciousness … or they will fall away. It can also be an unsettling period of time if we resist this process. If we hold on to life circumstances exactly as they are, in contrast to our current state of consciousness, we will create continued dissonance with our environment. This can become very painful.
This process of our external circumstances shifting to accommodate our soul’s evolution is ongoing. But often it is so slow and gradual that we barely notice it. With a spiritual awakening, there is a giant leap forward in our soul’s evolution. Our circumstances must shift to accommodate this higher level of consciousness.
There is nothing to be “done” within this process. We are best served by remaining aware of our new state of being. The Universe will manifest matching life circumstances for us. Be open to change, unexpected opportunities, and new directions. Be mindful also that you are on your own unique path. Your new insight and perspective will draw those to you that are ready for them. You will inspire some of the people in your life to move forward on their own path of soul evolution. Others are not yet ready to benefit from your transformation.
When we shift towards a higher level of consciousness, it offers everyone in our environment the opportunity to grow and evolve. One person’s soul growth can inspire another’s. As we all travel along our own unique path at our own perfect pace, the greatest gift we can give others is to focus on our spiritual development.

For example, in discussing Miami Beach real estate, including Indian Creek Village, and Bal Harbour, changes are taking place. Last year, during the first quarter, there were 29 closings of listed luxury waterfront properties, as compared to 24 closings during the first 3 months of 2006. However, last year during the same time period, there were less than 90 listed luxury waterfront homes as compared to almost 200 luxury homes that are presently listed on the market for sale. That in itself should tell you that the Miami real estate marketplace has shifted, at least temporarily.People want to know will happen in the future, but a crystal ball has not been found. Alex Shay does have opinions, however, as well as a great deal of experience in the luxury real estate market, and although he doesn’t pretend to be able to predict the future, he says that the demand for luxury waterfront real estate on Miami Beach remains high. Miami is an international city, and the only place in the USA, where the weather remains warm all year round. That makes Miami a very desirable place to live and to own real estate, especially luxury real estate. People come to Miami from all parts of the globe, and some of those people see the investment opportunities that this wonderful city offers. They buy property. For that reason, the demand for real estate is high, and will probably remain high in the foreseeable future. Owning Miami real estate is most likely going to mean that you will be “sitting pretty” at the end of the day. Prices have not gone down in many years, and because the amount of international travel has increased dramatically over the past 20 years, people will continue to purchase Miami Beach real estate. What does it all mean? In Alex Shay’s opinion, it means that although there is presently a temporary standstill, in so far as buyers resisting the high asking prices of sellers, things are still looking good.
Closings of luxury Miami real estate are still happening, and will continue to happen. If a buyer is astute, and allows him or herself, to become well educated in the real estate marketplace, that buyer can make a good deal, and within a few years time, may thank his/her lucky stars for having the courage and willingness to take a chance. A few years ago, buyers would sometimes complain about the high prices. That was when you could pick up a luxury waterfront property, for $500,000. Today that same property may be valued at more than 5 times what it was worth then. Therefore, if you can buy a luxury property on Miami Beach, and get a fair deal, do it. Don’t hesitate. “You wont be sorry”, says Alex Shay. He points out that he has yet to find anyone who said that they were sorry for purchasing Miami Beach property.
Miami is not a city located somewhere in the USA where people merely buy and sell property because they are able to afford more, or because they are downsizing. It’s not a place where only people who live here, buy property. It’s a city where people from all over the world buy and sell, so, unless some unknown disaster strikes, almost anyone buying Miami Beach real estate, is going to be very glad they did.One last thing that should be mentioned is that those who are interested in luxury real estate are not hesitating to purchase a home because of negative economic conditions. It appears as if the economy is fine at the moment. They are hesitating because they don’t know what to do. No one wants to make a bad deal, and no one knows what the future will bring.
They approach Realtors in whose opinion they have some faith, and ask the age-old question; will prices go up or down? In the near future, they won’t go up much, or down much. What can be said is that prices of luxury waterfront property on Miami Beach, have stabilized.

The health benefits of steam saunas have been recognized for centuries, beginning with sweat lodges, traditional Finnish saunas, and other methods of heating the body and producing perspiration that cleanses the cells and pores. Typically, a heat source such as a wood, electric or gas sauna stove is used to produce the heat in a sauna. But in recent years, a technology known as far infrared has been used to replace the traditional steam sauna with infrared saunas, and some people feel that the result is superior.
How Does A Far Infrared Sauna Work?
Manufacturers say that far infrared saunas use infrared light to heat the skin directly, rather than warming the air first. In an infrared sauna, a heater produces this radiant energy, which is similar to the heat from the sun. Most of these heaters draw on technology developed in 1965 by Dr. Tadashi Ishikawa, a member of the Research and Development Department of Fuji Medical.
Infrared sauna promoters state that unlike UV radiation or atomic radiation, infrared radiant heat is safe and beneficial. When infrared rays hit your skin, they transfer heat energy, which proponents say penetrates more than an inch and a half into the body to heal and stimulate tissues, making it an effective therapy for arthritis and tissue injuries.
In addition, the heat causes you to sweat, thus achieving health benefits similar to those from a conventional steam sauna. In fact, some say that the more penetrating and intense heat of a far infrared sauna makes you sweat 2-3 times more, resulting in more comprehensive cleansing.
Reasons to Choose a Far Infrared Sauna
Those who favor the use of the far infrared sauna say that the right frequency of infrared rays triggers a process called resonant absorption, wherein toxins are removed from the cells in our bodies at a higher rate than with a steam sauna. When comparing infrared saunas to standard indoor or outdoor saunas, infrared has several other advantages.
Perhaps one of the most important differences between conventional saunas and far infrared saunas is that they function at a lower heat setting. Standard U.S. saunas typically operate at temperatures ranging from 180F to 190F. This high heat can be uncomfortable or even dangerous for some people, especially those with cardiovascular problems.
In addition, the heavy, thick air can be difficult to breathe, and the evaporation can dry out membranes in the nose and eyes. Sometimes the exceptionally high temperatures make the wood benches and any metal surfaces extremely hot as well, creating potential for burns.

Another claim of infrared sauna manufacturers is that an infrared sauna heater uses considerably less electricity than indoor or outdoor saunas that use electricity to heat. Plus, the sauna is usually warm within 10 or 20 minutes, whereas a conventional sauna can take over an hour to reach optimal temperatures.
And infrared uses no water, so you don’t have to plumb pipes or pay for that additional expense. In fact, many feel that infrared saunas are easier to assemble and they can be moved to a new location with relative ease.
The Other Side of the Sauna Story
On the flip side of the comparison, many people feel that a steam sauna provides benefits that can’t be matched by a far infrared sauna. Their main position is that the steam produced by a conventional sauna is essential to the healing process, especially in regard to respiratory health.
In response to those who say a steam sauna will dry out membranes, supporters of Finnish and other conventional saunas state that the steam is beneficial to those with sinus conditions and add that because they operate without steam, infrared saunas are drying and can irritate nasal and lung passages. In addition the dry heat from infrared saunas can cause hair to dry out and skin to become itchy and flaky.
Supporters of conventional saunas feel that information about the health benefits of saunas that operate with infrared have been exaggerated or claimed without proof. They refer to different studies that show a traditional sauna produces more sweat and removes more toxins.
And some say that any radiation, even infrared, is unhealthy and should be avoided. An infrared sauna has several heaters, and bathers must sit within a foot of the heat source in order to gain full benefits. In some cases, this has caused people to feel sunburned following an infrared sauna.
Others who prefer conventional saunas feel that a steam sauna simply feels more healthy and refreshing. And because you can control the steam, heat, and humidity by adding more water or moving to a higher or lower bench in the sauna, you can tailor the experience to match your needs and preferences.
Some people prefer a sauna that is heated with wood, allowing a traditional heat source as well as the option to add smoke to the sauna for additional purifying features. Others add aromatherapy oils to their sauna steam to create a dual cleansing and healing effect. This is typically not possible with an infrared sauna.
And there is the tradition and ritual that comes along with certain aspects of a sweat lodge or Finnish sauna that have been a part of different cultures for hundreds of years.
